We fabricate our own standing seam metal roof in 3 popular profiles. We utilize Berridge manufacturing machines to make proven tested products.

RetroFit

Retrofitting is an extremely effective way to get a new "face lift" without interrupting your current operations. Metal Structures, Inc. was established in 1997 by Martin J. Schlembach. Since 1997, the Schlembach family has been in the metal industry as his father, John Schlembach, started installing roof decking and eventually worked his way into the metal wall and metal roof panel industry. MSI has been on the ground floor of all up-and-coming innovations; such as retrofits, metal roofing, and alternate metal wall panel systems. Metal Structures, Inc. manufactures and installs a variety of products that include: rainscreen systems, fiber cement panels, high-pressure laminate panels, aluminum composite, foam, corrugated metal, and insulated panels for the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. We are the leading metal installer in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
